STEALZONE back this up with our return and refund policy. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 48 hours from the date you received it. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund or exchange.

Please note that we only accept returns if we, STEALZONE delivered the wrong product to you or the product is faulty or the returned product does not match its description. 

Returns only apply to new and non-sale (regular priced) items. Pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.

If under any circumstance it has to be returned, to be eligible for a return, your item must be new/unused, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must be complete (laces, insole, etc.). It must also be in the original packaging. The garment tag(s) and labels must not be removed, still attached and remain intact. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not covered under our return policy. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods that are pre-owned cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photos of the item.

Please email us in order to receive the return address for the product. Only after receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued after 3-7 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
